We are unable to accept credit cards as payment on
orders shipped out of the United States. Contact us
for information on alternate payment options.
A valid credit card number is a good start, but we
also have to make sure the person using the card is the owner. We do this by only
shipping merchandise to addresses on record with the credit card company. If
the name and address accompanying an order do not go with the card, we have no
choice but to refuse the order.
That said, you can add an alternate
delivery address to your credit card account, simply by calling their customer
service number, and requesting they record one for you.
Shipping and Handling:
Priority Mail shipping, insurance, package tracking, Etc.,
are included in our standard rate.
Our shipping rates are as follows: For
orders of up to $100, the shipping rate would be $11.00. From $100.01 to $200,
an additional dollar would be added to the shipping charge, to cover the
additional insurance. From $200.01 to $300, two dollars would be added, and so
Example: Order a necklace for $525.99, the
shipping would be $11.00 + $5.00 = $16.00.
Handling: A 10% processing fee has already been
included in all of our prices.
Many orders ship within 24 hours, but there are exceptions. Gold chains, for
example, take longer, because they have to be sent out for polishing. Please
allow one week for delivery on all items.
The Simple Return Policy:
You may return any jewelry in its original condition
within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price
(excluding shipping and handling charges), whichever you prefer.
We accept returns under the following
1. The merchandise to be returned must be in new,
undamaged and unchanged condition.
2. Our identification tag has not been removed or tampered with.
We will not accept returns of damaged items, or items
that have been engraved, resized, or otherwise altered.
If, upon examination, we feel that the jewelry has been
worn, or if we find indications that the tag has been tampered with, the item
will be returned to the purchaser at their own expense.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable,
unless the return is the result of an error on our part.
How to Return Merchandise:
Pack the item(s) to be returned in an appropriate box,
which can be obtained free of charge from any Post Office. Ship the package to
the above address (a return label is enclosed for your convenience). Include a
copy of the invoice with the item(s) to be returned. For your own protection, be
sure to insure the package for the full value of the contents. It is not
necessary to get a RMA number in order to return merchandise.
