
We have made every effort to provide you with accurate product photographs, descriptions
and specifications. As with any other product that's made largely by hand, there
will inevitably be some variation, both in size and weight between the published
averages and the actual items. The printed specifications should be used as a
guide, but not as an absolutely infallible one.
Screen size and
resolution determine the size of on-screen graphics. Because of this,
photo size varies from one machine to the next, and none of them, on
any web site, should ever be considered to be actual size.

Integrity:
We do what we say we'll
do. If you have any questions at all, please contact us before
you place your order. Our customer service staff is on hand to help,
seven days a week, fifty two weeks a year.
For security purposes:
We will ship no order before all credit card information is thoroughly checked
and verified. Credit card orders can only be shipped to an address on file with
the card issuer and with delivery restricted to the cardholder.
To set up an alternate delivery address with your credit card
company, just call their customer support department. The 800 number's right on
the back of your card.
Confidentiality:
Under no circumstances will Atlantic
Direct sell, or share information about our clients with anyone. All
information collected is for our use only, and will be protected.
Delivery
Date:
We treat every order as a rush order, and
process each one ASAP. We must remind you, however, that sometimes
items have to be ordered, gold chains have to be polished before they
can be shipped and there are sometimes unexpected delays.
Orders generally take from 4 to 7 days to arrive.
If there is any delay that would prevent your purchase from
arriving on time, we will notify you immediately.
The Simple Return
Policy
Pack the item in a secure
box, and mail it back to us within 15 days of the date you received it.
The
item must reach us in the same condition we sent it to you in: New, undamaged,
unaltered and
with the tags still on.
We will not accept, or be responsible for returned merchandise that
reaches us in damaged condition.
Returning any item in an envelope (padded or
otherwise), will void our return policy. Any and all envelopes will be returned
to sender unopened and no future return will be accepted on that item.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable,
unless the return is the result of an error on our part. See Shipping and
Handling Rates below.
Shipping and Handling Rates:
Our shipping rates are as follows: For
orders of up to $99.99, the shipping rate would be $11.00. From $100.00 to
$199.99,
an additional dollar would be added to the shipping charge, to cover the
additional insurance. From $200.00 to $299.99, two dollars would be added, and so
on.
Example: If your merchandise
total is $525.99, the shipping charge would be $11.00 + $5.00 = $16.00.

Handling:
A handling charge equal to 10%
of the purchase price will be deducted from refunds.
To Return Merchandise:
Pack the item(s) to be returned in an appropriate box,
which can be obtained free of charge from any Post Office. Ship the package to
the return address on your receipt (a return label is enclosed for your convenience). Include a
copy of the invoice with the item(s) to be returned. For your own protection, be
sure to insure the package for the full value of the contents. It is not
necessary to get a RMA number in order to return merchandise.
An Important Note for New York
State Residents:
Sales tax will be added to all
orders shipped to a New York State address.
Warranty Repairs:
We service what we sell.
Should
anything purchased from us ever require repair due to a defect in materials or
workmanship, we will repair the defect
ourselves, at no
charge to the customer.
The item must be sent to us with the
return postage prepaid and prior return authorization is required.

This warranty specifically excludes
damage due to abuse,
after purchase alterations,
or to clasps.
We ship via
USPS 2 day Priority Mail.
To begin with, it's faster, and more
convenient. If you can't be home for delivery, the parcel will wait for you at
the local Post Office. You do not have to waste time waiting for deliveries.
