We have made every effort to provide you with accurate product photographs, descriptions and specifications. Please bear in mind however, that picture size will vary from one computer to the next. Do not assume that any photograph on the internet, on any web site, is life size. Always read the written specifications for size information.

For security purposes, we will ship no order before all credit card information is thoroughly checked and verified. Credit card orders can only be shipped to an address on file with the credit card company, with delivery restricted to the cardholder.

To set up an alternate delivery address with your credit card company, just call their customer support department. The 800 number's right on the back of your card.

Confidentiality:

Under no circumstances will Goldzilla.com (or any other Atlantic Direct franchise) sell, or share information about our clients with anyone. All information collected is for our use in processing your transaction, and will be protected.

Delivery Date:

We treat every order as a rush order, and process each one ASAP. We must remind you, however, that sometimes items have to be ordered, gold chains have to be polished before they can be shipped and there are sometimes unexpected delays.

Orders generally take from 4 to 7 days to arrive. If there is any delay that would prevent your purchase from arriving on time, we will notify you immediately. 

Shipping and Handling Rates:

The following rates will be in effect, starting January 7, 2001.

Our shipping rates are as follows: For orders of up to $99.99, the shipping rate would be $11.00. From $100.00 to $199.99, an additional dollar would be added to the shipping charge, to cover the additional insurance. From $200.00 to $299.99, two dollars would be added, and so on.

Example: Order a necklace for $525.99, and the shipping would be $11.00 + $5.00 = $16.00.

This is the actual amount charged by the U.S. Postal Service, for the following services:

2 or 3 Day Priority Mail
Insurance
Restricted Delivery
Delivery Confirmation
Return Receipt

Handling: A 10% processing fee has been included in all of our prices.

The Simple Return Policy:

You may return jewelry in its original condition within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling charges), whichever you prefer. 

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

1. The merchandise to be returned must be in new, undamaged and unchanged condition.
2. Our identification tag has not been removed or tampered with.

We will not accept returns of damaged items, or items that have been engraved, resized, or otherwise altered

If, upon examination, we feel that the jewelry has been worn, or if we find indications that the tag has been tampered with, the item will be returned to the purchaser at their  own expense.   

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is the result of an error on our part.

How to Return Merchandise:

Pack the item(s) to be returned in an appropriate box, which can be obtained free of charge from any Post Office. Ship the package to the return address on your receipt (a return label is enclosed for your convenience). Include a copy of the invoice with the item(s) to be returned. For your own protection, be sure to insure the package for the full value of the contents. It is not necessary to get a RMA number in order to return merchandise.

We ship via USPS 2 day Priority Mail. To begin with, it's faster, and more convenient. If you can't be home for delivery, the parcel will wait for you at the local Post Office. You do not have to waste time waiting for deliveries.

An Important Note For Credit Card Users:  Due to the dramatic increase in credit card fraud, we require the following information to process a credit card order.
    1.  Card number and expiration date.
    2.  The billing address of the credit card. Sorry, we are unable to accept credit card orders from outside the U.S. at this time.
    3.  Telephone number on file with the credit card company, for verification purposes.
    4.  Your e-mail address, for verification purposes.
